Fit Guarantee

Every shirt we make is cut to the measurements you give us. If it still doesn't fit the way it should, our Fit Guarantee lets you have a new one made with adjusted measurements – free of charge.

How it works

1. Within 14 days of receiving your shirt, go to the order in your account and choose Request remake next to the shirt.

2. Tell us what doesn't fit by answering the questions in the form and describing it in your own words.

3. Upload at least two photos of yourself wearing the shirt, front and back, as shown in the form.

4. We review your request and contact you by email, with any questions, the adjusted measurements and whether we need the original shirt back. If we do, we tell you how to send it, at our cost.

5. We make and send you the new shirt with the adjusted measurements, at no cost to you.

Conditions

• It can be used once per customer, for one shirt – not once per order or per shirt.

• The request must be made within 14 days of receiving the shirt.

• The new shirt is made in the same fabric and design, with the measurements adjusted to fix the fit, unless we agree on a change with you.

Your statutory rights are not affected

The Fit Guarantee is a voluntary promise on top of your rights under the law. It is not a right of withdrawal, and it does not limit or replace your right under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen) to complain about a defect free of charge for 3 years after delivery. You can use those rights whether or not you use the Fit Guarantee.
